Our 45 Day Guarantee Requires The Following:

1. Head Checks: All family members and caregivers (those living under the same roof) must be checked and treated, if necessary, by Hero Lice Clinics. Families with multiple households must also have all family members and caregivers within the multiple households checked and treated, if necessary, by Hero Lice Clinics. All initial checks must be completed within the first 24 hours of a family member receiving treatment. If all family members are not checked and treated, if necessary, within the first 24 hours then the Guarantee is Void.
2. The provided post treatment lice gel must be used on day 4. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Those receiving treatment must attend their scheduled follow-up appointment.
4. Evidence: If a live head lice bug is found after your scheduled follow-up visit and before day 45, you must provide us with a clear, non-blurry photo of the bug. Send the photo to info@heroliceclinics.com. Upon receipt of the photo and confirmation of lice by one of our certified technicians, an appointment will be scheduled for you and we’ll ask you to return. If we’re unable to identify the lice bug based on the photo you provide, you will be required to pay for a head check to determine if there is any evidence of head lice. NO EXCEPTIONS.
5. Re-checks for all non-treated family members are paid head checks. NO EXCEPTIONS.
6. Guarantee applies to ONLY those receiving treatment.
7. Complimentary re-treatment is non-transferable and is limited to ONE per person per paid treatment.
